Slides H&E with the suspected tissue contaminant clearly circled Preferred Collection Volume: 10 FFPE unstained slides Minimum Collection Volume: 5 FFPE unstained slides Specimen Handling; FFPE unstained slides at room temperature and a copy of the surgical pathology report. Rejection Criteria: H&E slide that does not have the suspected tissue contaminant clearly circled. Less than 5 unstained slides. No copy of the surgical pathology report.
