Specimen Type: Slides, Glass Two Smear or touch preparation slides Specimen Type: Tissue, Paraffin Embedded 8 unstained positively charged slides cut at 4 microns and one H&E stain slide. Please include a copy of corresponding surgical pathology report. Please call cytogenetics lab. |
