| Collection Requirements | 2.0 mL of whole blood or bone marrow fluid (not decalcified
core) in in EDTA or ACD. Rejection Criteria: heparinized blood. Methodology: Tumor DNA is harvested from whole blood. After routine multiplex PCR amplification using software-designated primers, the amplicons are employed in a primer extension step. Corresponding pathologist’s report must accompany specimen. |
